Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For heavy machinery like treadmills or power racks, delivery may take 7-14 business days due to specialized freight handling.

Do you offer professional assembly services?

Yes, we partner with certified technicians to offer white-glove assembly services for an additional fee. You can select this option at checkout for select cardio and strength equipment.

What is your return policy on fitness accessories?

We offer a 30-day return policy for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items like yoga mats and wearable sweatbands cannot be returned once opened.

Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?

All Life Fitness Brands products come with a minimum 1-year warranty. Specific high-end equipment may feature extended warranties on frames (up to 10 years) and motors.

Can I track my order once it has been shipped?

Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
